RV Grills & Outdoor Cooking
Plenty of RVers cook more meals outside than in, and the gear behind that sorts into four clear jobs: the stove or griddle you cook on, the propane that feeds it, and the portable grill that bolts to a rail or stands on its own base. This hub is the entry point to all four aisles, so you can head straight to the burner, the fuel, or the flat-top you came for.

How the outdoor cooking categories fit together
An outdoor kitchen on wheels is really three decisions working together: the cooking surface, the LP gas that runs it, and a way to mount or stow the whole rig so it survives a travel day. Start with how you cook and how much space you have, then match the fuel and the mount to that. The four categories below break down this way:
- Camp Stoves — the cast iron and campfire cook gear that rides along, from Dutch ovens and campfire cook tops to the silicone handle holders, covers, and aprons that make them usable at a hot fire.
- Propane & LP Gas — the fuel side: LP regulators, POL fittings and O-rings, quick-disconnect ends, snap-on regulator covers, and tank scales that report how much gas is left.
- Griddles — flat-top cooking, from the Blackstone Omnivore tabletop to Greystone's cast iron plates and pizza-oven attachment, plus the scrapers that keep the surface clean.
- Portable Grills — the Kuuma pedestal and rod-holder mounts that hold a grill steady off the ground, plus roasting forks and coolers for the rest of the cook site.
Most rigs end up running two of these together, a grill or griddle plus the propane to feed it. Sort out the fuel connection first, since a mismatched regulator or fitting is the thing most likely to end a cook before it starts.
