How the RV galley is organized
An RV kitchen fits a full cook setup into a few feet of cabinet, and it draws on two supplies: propane for the burners and 120-volt shore or generator power for nearly everything else. The three categories below cover the appliances that cook, along with the covers, filters, and parts that keep them going.
- Cooktops & Ranges. Propane cooktops and range parts, stove covers that reclaim counter space, cutting boards, countertop air fryers, and the kitchen fire extinguisher every galley should carry.
- Range Hoods. Slim 12V and 110V vented hoods, non-ducted filter kits, and replacement motors that pull steam and grease out of a tight kitchen.
