Choosing a grill mount and cook-site setup
The grill you bring matters less than how you plant it at the site. A grill on the ground means bending over hot coals and fighting for a level spot; a grill on a pedestal or clamped to the rig's rail sits at counter height and sets up in seconds. Here is what to sort out:
- Pedestal or rail mount. A pedestal like the 30-inch Kuuma Stow N Go base plants the grill on its own stand anywhere you set it down. A rail or rod-holder mount clamps to the RV so the grill travels attached and deploys fast. Pick based on whether you want the grill tethered to the rig or free-standing.
