This Torklift International front tie-down is part of Torklift's TRUE frame-mounted camper tie-down system, which bolts directly to independent points on the truck frame instead of relying on a bumper or crossbar. That keeps the mounting hardware close to the frame rail so it doesn't eat into ground clearance, and on this application it's engineered for Ford F250/F350 (1999-2007) and F250/F350/F450 (2008-2010) trucks with an 8-foot bed, with no belly pan or crossbar needed
Because the tie-down is frame-mounted rather than a universal clamp-on design, it's built to match the specific truck it's designed for rather than a one-size-fits-all bracket. The receiver-style insert can be pulled when you're not hauling a camper, so the tie-down point stays out of sight and out of the way. Note that the truck must have no running boards for this tie-down to fit.
