This Torklift International front tie-down is part of Torklift's TRUE frame-mounted camper tie-down system, which bolts directly to independent points on the truck frame instead of relying on a bumper or crossbar. That keeps the mounting hardware close to the frame rail so it doesn't eat into ground clearance, and on this application it's engineered for Chevy/GMC HD 1500/2500 trucks
Because the tie-down is frame-mounted rather than a universal clamp-on design, it's built to match the specific truck it's designed for rather than a one-size-fits-all bracket. The receiver-style insert can be pulled when you're not hauling a camper, so the tie-down point stays out of sight and out of the way.
