Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series Louvered Tailgate | 2007-2013 Silverado/Sierra 1500, 2500, 3500

The Stromberg Carlson VGM-07-4000 is a glass-filled composite tailgate for 2007-2013 Silverado/Sierra 1500 and 2008-2013 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 (new body style) trucks, built with louvers that improve rear visibility and reduce drag while towing.

It's assembled with rotary latches and coated cables, lays flush with the bed when down for easy loading, and includes a single-hand release that also locks the gate to the truck to help deter theft. Additional louver inserts can be added separately for a more custom look, and the gate can be painted.
