Not every campground has a 50A pedestal, but plenty have two separate 30A outlets. The Southwire Amp Up! Y-Adapter combines two 30A, 120V connections into one 50A, 120/240V female receptacle, giving a 50A RV the power split it needs to run both air conditioners at once.
Each 30A leg has its own indicator light so you can confirm power is present on both circuits before you plug in your shore power cord.
Note that this is a power-combining adapter, not a surge or open-neutral protection device — pair it with a dedicated surge protector if you want that coverage.
