This Tow-Pro harness plugs a Redarc electric brake controller into the factory tow connector on select Nissan and Infiniti vehicles, so there's no splicing into the dash wiring.
Like the rest of the Tow-Pro harness lineup, one end connects to the brake controller and the other to the vehicle's factory plug behind the dash for a plug-and-play install.
