Checking and adding air to the inner tire on a dual rear wheel setup is a pain when the valve is buried behind the outer wheel. Phoenix USA's AirMax kit extends both the inner and outer valve stems out to the wheel face with braided stainless extensions, so you can air up all four positions without pulling wheels.

The kit mounts using Phoenix USA's DOT Liner hardware and is built for dual rear wheel setups on trucks and trailers running wheels up to 19.5". The outer extensions include a 120-degree bend to route cleanly around the wheel.
