Winter camping and freezing overnight temps are the two biggest threats to a holding tank full of water or waste. This JR Products heater pad mounts directly to the tank exterior and does the work for you, cycling on once the surface temperature nears freezing and shutting off again once it warms back up.

• Thermostatically controlled, switches on at approximately 34°F to keep tank contents from freezing
• Works on fresh water tanks or waste (septic) tanks
• Dual-voltage element runs on 12V DC or 110V AC, whichever power you have available
• Draws roughly 1 amp on AC or 10 amps on DC while heating
• Foil-covered pad measures about 30" x 13" with a 24" ground wire and 6 ft of 120V wiring for hookup
• Sized for tanks up to roughly 15 gallons; add a second pad for larger tanks
