Hellwig's 7718 front sway bar is a direct upgrade over the factory bar on Ford E350/E450 chassis, aimed at reducing the body roll and understeer that stock sway bars often can't fully control, especially on Class C motorhome and van conversions.
It's machined from solid, heat-treated chromoly steel and bolts on with basic hand tools, using the included hardware and polyurethane bushings.
