Before you can run a gooseneck hitch ball, you need rails mounted to the truck frame under the bed — that's what this kit provides. It's built for 1999-2016 Ford F-250/F-350 and 2008-2016 F-450 trucks (excluding Cab & Chassis models), bolting into holes already present in the frame.
