This bracket kit is the frame-side half of a Demco Premier-Series 5th wheel setup, engineered to bolt to the frame rails of a 2009-2018 Ram 1500 (5.5', 6.5', and 8' box, gas and diesel) that does not have rear air suspension. The Premier-Series system uses four bolts to secure the bed rails, which then connect to these underframe brackets for a solid, no-drill-in-the-frame mounting point.
