An uncovered slide-out roof collects leaves, dirt, and standing water, and lets a lot of extra heat into the room below it. Carefree's slideout awning fabric covers the top of the slide to keep debris out and the room a little cooler, and it's built to work with Carefree's slide-out awning hardware systems.
This size is cut for slide-outs measuring 167" to 174.9" edge to edge and comes in black vinyl to pair with black brackets and endcaps (hardware sold separately). An automatic anti-billow lock engages as soon as the room is closed and releases on its own when it opens, so there's no manual step to remember before you head down the road.
Measure your slide-out's edge-to-edge width carefully before ordering, since Carefree awnings are sized to the fabric span rather than the overall room width.
