Furnace vents are an easy way for wasps, birds, and mice to get into your RV's underbelly. Valterra's bug screen covers the outside vent opening with heavy-duty stainless steel mesh, sized to fit Suburban DD series furnace vents at 6.15" x 1.3".
The mesh is fine enough to keep pests out but open enough that it shouldn't meaningfully restrict airflow to your furnace. It comes with an installation tool and two spring fasteners to make the swap straightforward.
Check the screen monthly and clean it as needed to keep airflow to the furnace unrestricted.
