The Tekonsha Shur-Set III is a complete trailer breakaway system for trailers with electric brakes, covering everything from a single axle up to four axles. If the trailer separates from the tow vehicle, the system applies the trailer brakes automatically to help bring it to a stop, meeting DOT breakaway and holding requirements.
Everything needed for a breakaway system is included in one kit, making it a quick install on trailers that don't already have one.
