The OptiMate Solar DUO is a complete, fully automatic solar charging kit built to keep stored batteries topped up and ready. Each kit pairs a weatherproof solar panel with the DUO charge controller and two battery connection options, so it works equally well on an RV deep-cycle battery, a stored car or truck, a boat, or a 12V boatlift.
The DUO controller is what sets this system apart: it automatically charges and maintains 12V lead-acid batteries as well as 12.8V lithium (LFP / LiFePO4) chemistries, delivering charge during the day and monitoring the battery at night. Connect directly using the included battery clips or the fused ring-terminal lead.
