The Big Buddy heater puts out radiant heat at three settings: 4,000, 9,000, or 18,000 BTU per hour, making it easy to dial in the right amount of warmth for a campsite, ice shanty, garage, or patio.

It's approved for both indoor and outdoor use and runs on two 1-lb propane cylinders or a 20-lb tank with the appropriate Buddy accessories (sold separately). Built-in safety features include a low-oxygen shutoff sensor and a tip-over switch that cuts the heater off if it's knocked over.
