The MaxxFan Deluxe replaces a standard roof vent with a fully powered ventilation unit — vent, fan, and lid in one assembly. Twin lifting arms hold the lid open without fluttering in wind, and because the lid has a built-in rain shield, you can run the fan for fresh air during a rain shower or while driving down the highway.
Backed by a 2-year limited warranty on the unit and a lifetime limited warranty on the lid. Roof sealant is sold separately.
