This Lippert conversion kit brings the IMGL motor upgrade to Kwikee "A" linkage step assemblies, covering Step Series 22, 23, 28A, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, and 40.
Once installed, the step automatically extends when the entry door opens and retracts when it closes, and a hidden light kicks on for safer nighttime use. Built-in obstacle detection retracts the step if it senses something in the way, and the assembly is made from heavy-gauge steel with a black powder-coat finish that stands up to daily use.
A practical way to upgrade or repair an existing Kwikee "A" linkage step without replacing the whole assembly.
