The e2 combines weight distribution and sway control in one hitch, bridging the tow vehicle and trailer so they track like a single unit. Because the sway control is built in, you can back up and make tight turns with the hitch attached.
This trunnion version is rated for 8,000 lbs trailer and 800 lbs tongue weight and includes a standard hitch shank; the ball is sold separately.
