This is the Chillgrille interior ceiling plenum that mates to a Coleman-Mach ducted rooftop air conditioner set up for straight-through ceiling ductwork. It channels the cooled air into your RV's duct system and finishes the ceiling opening with a clean, low-profile grille.
It's supplied as a plenum only, with no control box, so it's meant for systems controlled by a wall thermostat or an existing control setup. If your original ceiling assembly is damaged or dated, this is the part that brings the look and airflow back to spec.
