This ball mount is built from welded steel with a black powder-coat finish, sized to fit standard 2-inch receiver tubes and drop your hitch ball 8 inches (or rise 6-3/4 inches, depending on which way you flip it) to level out the tow.
It's rated for towing jobs up to 7,500 pounds gross trailer weight, which covers most car haulers and utility trailers, and accepts standard 1-inch diameter shank towing balls.
