Bilstein's B6 4600 series rear shock is a direct-fit upgrade for the stock shocks on a 1980-1996 Ford F-150 4WD, built around a 46mm monotube design for consistent damping.
The extra dampening ability is aimed at heavy hauling and occasional off-road use while still keeping the ride smooth on the highway, and the monotube construction sheds heat quickly so performance doesn't fade on long grades or washboard roads.
