This B6 4600 rear shock uses Bilstein's monotube gas-pressure design to keep damping consistent instead of fading the way twin-tube shocks do over time. It's built around a 46mm piston for added capacity when you're carrying weight in the bed or pulling a trailer.
Valved specifically for 2003-2006 Nissan Titan 4WD trucks, it improves grip and lane stability in daily driving and holds up under the higher power reserves needed for frequent towing trips, all without requiring a spring swap.
Sold individually as a rear replacement/upgrade shock for Titan 4WD models.
