Bilstein's B6 4600 shocks are a direct-fit upgrade for stock-height Super Duty trucks, designed to bolt in place of the factory rear shock without any other suspension changes. The monotube body and high gas-pressure charge keep the oil from foaming, so performance stays consistent instead of fading under hard use.
A velocity-sensitive, digressive piston reacts instantly to changing road conditions, and each application is individually tuned by Bilstein for ride quality, handling, and towing performance on Ford's Super Duty platform.
